At BioDox, we work very hard to make sure our prices are among the lowest in the industry. We are always looking for ways to improve efficiency, and hold every person we employ to the very highest standard. Our goal each day is to provide our clients with the best quality service at the most competitive price.

Service Fees for Article Retrieval

* Turnaround = time from order received to order shipped.
Articles will be delivered as requested by client and as
allowable under applicable copyright law.
(Note: Office hours Monday through Friday 8AM - 5PM CST.)

** Super-rush requests must be received by 12:00 PM CST to
ensure same-day service, unless pre-approved by BioDox.

Additional Itemized Charges    (Charged only when applicable)

• Photocopying 15¢ per page (billed at cost)
• Microfilm / fiche transfer 35¢ per page (billed at cost)
• Color Photocopies $2.00 per color page
• Fax & Internet delivery 50¢ per page (where allowable)
• Shipping as requested (billed at cost)
• Clean Copies (true FDA quality) $10.00 additional per document
• Copyright royalties billed separately at cost and submitted via: 1) the Copyright Clearance Center; or 2) directly to the publisher under a licensing agreement.

Non-Local Sources

Less than 10% of our clients' requests are obtained from a variety of non-local sources such as the National Library of Medicine and the British Library. Orders retrieved from non-local sources may be assessed an additional $5.00 - $30.00 service fee, depending on the type of service requested, to help cover added expenses.
