At BioDox, we work very hard to make sure our prices are among the lowest in the industry. We are always looking for ways to improve efficiency, and hold every person we employ to the very highest standard. Our goal each day is to provide our clients with the best quality service at the most competitive price.
Service Fees for Article Retrieval
| 1. Standard | 2 business day turnaround * | $15.00 per article |
| 2. Rush | Next business day turnaround ** | $25.00 per article |
| 3. Super-Rush | Same business day turnaround *** | $35.00 per article |
* Turnaround = time from order received to order shipped. Articles will be delivered as requested by client and as allowable under applicable copyright law. (Note: Office hours Monday through Friday 8AM - 5PM CST.)
** Rush Requests must be received by 5pm CST
*** Super-rush requests must be received by 12:00 PM CST to ensure same-day service, unless pre-approved by BioDox. (Note: Office hours Monday through Friday 8AM - 5PM CST.)

- FAXING ($5 per faxed document)
- COURIER SERVICE (all major services available at cost)
